Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on the LxryVintage webshop. LxryVintage, Koning Boudewijnlaan 20A, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium, company number 1015.918.117, VAT BE1015918117.

General

By placing an order you accept these terms. Other terms and conditions only apply if we have accepted them in writing beforehand.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT and any other taxes the customer has to pay. All watches are sold under the margin scheme, so VAT is not shown separately on the invoice and cannot be deducted. The price covers the item as described; photos may show elements that are not included.

Our offer

We compile our collection with the greatest care, but information may still be incomplete or out of date. Obvious mistakes do not bind us. If you have a question about size, condition, availability or delivery, please contact us before ordering. Our offer is valid while stock lasts and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Ordering and payment

You place the items in your bag and pay with one of the methods offered at checkout. Once your payment has been accepted, you receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We may refuse an order if the customer has seriously failed to meet their obligations in an earlier order.

Delivery

Orders ship fully insured with FedEx or UPS Express, as soon as possible after the order has been placed and the payment has been received.

Retention of title

Delivered items remain the property of LxryVintage until they have been paid in full.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after you, or someone you designate other than the carrier, received the item, without giving a reason.

1. Let us know within those 14 days by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (+32 472 77 55 85).
2. Return the item to Koning Boudewijnlaan 20A, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium, within 14 days after telling us. The direct cost of the return is yours.
3. We refund all payments for the returned item within 14 days after your notice, by bank transfer and without any fees. We refund once we have received the item back.

If the item has lost value through more use than needed to judge it, we may charge that loss. Items without their original packaging or accessories are assessed case by case. Extra costs for a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery are not refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made or adapted to your specific wishes.

Warranty

Watches with a plexiglass crystal come with a 1-year warranty, watches with a sapphire crystal with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers the movement only; water damage is not covered. It also does not cover defects caused by accidents, neglect, drops, improper use, modifications, rough handling or poor maintenance. The exterior of a watch is subject to wear: scratches, discolouration or other damage are assessed case by case to see whether they come from a defect, from normal wear or from careless use. Normal wear and careless use are not covered.

Authenticity

Every item we offer is 100% authentic and checked by an expert before it is listed.

Late payment

If an invoice is not paid, or paid late, the customer owes compensation on the unpaid amount from the due date, in proportion to the damage suffered. We may take back items that have not been paid in full.

Liability

The information on this website may contain imperfections, and we may change it at any time. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to. Any advice given through this website is given without guarantee.

Other provisions

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the other provisions remain in force. Not enforcing a right never means we waive it. We may change these terms; the terms that apply are those in force at the time of your order. Electronic communication and backups may serve as evidence.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the courts of Hasselt.
